Organization: Arthritis Society Canada  

Title: Lead, Donor Insights & Raiser’s Edge  

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Team: Senior Manager Donor Services and Donor Processing

Location: Remote. Anywhere in Canada

Internal Relationships:

• Revenue development and marketing teams

• Donor services team

• Finance, IT and administration team  

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000. Comprehensive benefits and vacation package.

Do you enjoy using data to tell a story that various stakeholders (fundraisers, marketing, executive leadership the board) can understand and use for decision making? Are you an excellent communicator both written and verbal, comfortable working with all levels and can confidently and capably steer your organization toward best-in-class data governance, protocols, and synthesis for real-time and predictive analytics? Would you consider yourself a subject matter expert in database management who is inherently curious about the power of data, always upskilling, connecting with peers and experts to ensure your knowledge is best in class?  Are you an excellent listener and able to understand and interpret what your internal client is looking for with the data and turn it into a report that delivers and gives a clear, accurate and insightful picture?
